Why do we get seasons?
The reason that we get seasons is that the earth is tilted at a 23 degree angle. Therefore one half that is facing the sun is closer to it then the other. That half is closer so it will be warmer. The other half is closer so it will be cooler. Throughout the year the nearness changes making different halfs have different seasons.
